YOu can also try using an open source program called "Greenshot" for taking a screenshot on your PC: https://getgreenshot.org/
Usually pressing the key combo of "control (ctrl) + "alt" + print screen key" to copy then open MS paint to paste and edit your screenshot there.
The reason screenshots are better as people seem to think someone posting a text verison payment proofs are fake proof even though I know fully that each payment is real and there are transaction IDs. Speaking of, I will remove the "transaction ID from your post for your security and to not actract bad actors to our forums if we can help it.
If you re-post your proof I will given 1000 PTC credit for posting yopur proof.
